Tendonitis

Tendonitis describes swelling, irritation, and inflammation of a tendon.  These injuries result from trauma or repetitive motion.  It could be an overuse injury from not allowing muscles enough recovery time, or a misuse injury caused by using the wrong muscles to complete an action.

Some of the most common conditions that are treated with The Shark Fin tendonitis tool are: sprains, strains, repetitive motion injuries (that progress to tendonitis), traumatic /post traumatic injuries, and post-surgery scar tissue.

These injuries include, but are not limited to, golfers elbow, tennis elbow, little league elbow, rotator cuff injuries, shoulder sprains and strains, knee injuries, ankle injuries, plantar fasciitis, shin splints and trigger finger.  With more user experience, The Shark Fin may also be used on areas of the back.
